Book tells you about how important it is to be silent , in life most of your problems come from your speaking, ( it’s often said “speaking is silver but silence is gold”)

We all should practice silence ( maun) at least 3 hours per day. That makes your dependency on society to zero.

In life problems will come but you should be able to handle all the problems with a smile .

Challenges are part of Life and coming out of them successfully is an art of life.

Death will take everything from you one day so don’t go for the things that you can’t take with you, help someone, bring smiles on their faces . Respect your loved ones, especially your family mummy papa, the day you will realise their importance will be the day they won’t be there for you. So respect them when they are still alive.

Q2. What inspired you to write a book with such a thought-provoking concept?

Ans: I have been practising maun (silence) since 2019 and I know silence is not empty, it’s full of answers ( most of your problems in your life are because of your speaking) so avoid speaking in unnecessary places and unnecessary questions.

These are 3 important things to be considered. All are very important once someone knows how you can avoid most of your problems by not speaking, muskan – always have a smile on your face hoping that it’s your chance to become Better version of yourself after difficult times.

Q5. What advice do you want to give your readers?

Ans: Live each moment of your life

Don’t keep any grudges or fight with someone because one day death will take everything from you.

Just imagine that today is your last day , now you will be fighting with someone ?

Will you still have grudges with someone?

Be happy, practice to stay silent in most of your situations and have a smile on your face.

Review: Our life is full of ups and downs and when we see things go in opposite direction of what we wished for, we curse our destiny and ourself of those. But in true words, this is what life is…every phase cannot be same throughout but to fight it with courage is in our hands. Life will through different question papers to everyone, and how we deal we it is what makes our life what we want it to be.

Love is the highest feeling in this world and when we have our loved once with us, this once seem difficult life become beautiful.

I loved this quote a lot – “It is the quality of life that matters not the quantity of life”. Embrace your present because its what we have with us now. I loved the book and recommend to get insights and clarity to deal with various aspects of life.
