New Delhi, India- India Hub E-Governance Pvt. Ltd. has formed a strategic joint venture with Vietnam’s DT Group to produce and market high-quality seaweed and sea grapes products. Supported by Mr. Debmalya Banerjee from India Chambers of Commerce and Dr. Madan Mohan Sethi, the Consul General of India in Vietnam, the partnership aims to meet global demand for nutrient-rich, sustainable foods.
Sandeep Tandon, Director of India Hub, stated, “This alliance merges sustainable innovation with international collaboration to meet future nutritional needs.”
Nguyen Quang Duy, CEO of DT Group, added, “We aim to set industry standards through this synergistic venture as India has supportive Trade regulations to capture the international market and itself big in domestic consumption so it is big opportunity foe early enterant in this field.
Initially focusing on India, the partnership aims for global market penetration in the seaweed and sea grapes sector along with their extended value-added products. Under this partnership, both organizations have agreed to form a joint venture company with 51%-49% investment for the initial phase, where DT Group will be 51% stakeholder.
