Q1. What is the main focus of your book?
Ans- The main focus of my book is how to establish a successful hotel business in 20-30, the book focuses on why people fail to sustain city hotel business.
Q2. How do you define your relationship with the subject matter of this book?
Ans- I’m a commerce graduate and I did a diploma in Applied Nutrition and Catering Technology from a reputed institute that is affiliated with the national council of hotel management. Working with my career for almost 25 years in this field as a professional chef, and training manager.
Q3. What is your inspiration for writing this book?
Ans- I have never written a single sentence before publishing this book. It was an accidental incident during the first pandemic recession and when I was employed as an operational manager at one resort in Pune, it was finding it very difficult to spend the whole day. During that period my daughter shared an article on distance learning which actually inspired me to write something about what I can do. So I have written around 35 articles on different subjects of the hospitality industry and shared them with my family, friends, and relatives and so my daughter suggested that I can convert it into a book format which can help thousands of people who might like it. My daughter told me one day it will help new generations to fulfill their dreams by reading this book.

Ans- Most of the newcomers in this industry entire with huge expectations and invest without taking the advice of expertise in this industry but they forget our unconscious pre-existing beliefs or biases are usually unchecked they can shape our approach, behavior, and way of thinking which is based on their past experiences but they can have a detrimental impact on various aspects of this business success. As it can tremendously improve proven acquisitions that can cultivate a divorce workforce, and limit innovation and creativity that stems from personal perspectives. These are the common hidden traps that work as an unnoticeable twister in the progress of business success.
